PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 主要崗位職責(zé)
-Facilitate the use of and compliance to AP EH&S standards in Purification Plant ops such that EH&S performance continually improves and performance goals are met or exceeded. Ultimate result desire zero injuries.
在凈化裝置操作維護(hù)中推進(jìn)和服從空氣化工全部環(huán)保、健康、安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)以達(dá)到或優(yōu)于管理目標(biāo)。終極目標(biāo)是“零傷害”。
-Execute site routine patrol inspection, discover and eliminate the potential safety hazard. To ensure the plant is operated safely, efficiently and in compliance with contractual requirements & on-stream guarantees.
組織實(shí)施現(xiàn)場(chǎng)按時(shí)巡檢，發(fā)現(xiàn)和消除可能的安全危害。確保凈化裝置安全、高效運(yùn)行，服從和滿足合同要求，不斷提高裝置在線運(yùn)行率。
-Ensure compliance with process safety, MOC’s, and OPHR’s requirements.
必須遵守工藝安全、變更管理及運(yùn)行裝置危險(xiǎn)性分析提出的有關(guān)安全要求。
-Drive continuous improvement and sharing of best operation practices at the plants.
對(duì)凈化裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作進(jìn)行持續(xù)改進(jìn)，并分享凈化裝置運(yùn)行經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
-Training new operating staff for the Purification Shift Ops Team.
對(duì)本班新的凈化裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)運(yùn)行人員進(jìn)行崗位培訓(xùn)。
JOB REQUIREMENTS（崗位要求）
Candidates for this position with be evaluation on the basis of the following: 候選人任職資格
-College Degree or above.
大專及以上學(xué)歷。
-Demonstrated learning and interpersonal skills. Proactive, honest, teamwork and hard working.
有較強(qiáng)的學(xué)習(xí)能力和人際交往能力。勤奮誠(chéng)實(shí)可靠，努力工作以實(shí)現(xiàn)自己的理想。
-The higher understanding of security.

-Suitable for shift work.

-Degree in Chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, and/or industrial automation and instrumentation. etc. And/or Having a demonstrated record of continued advancement from Field Operator Position with 1 year of relative plant experiences.
化學(xué)工程與工藝、機(jī)械工程、工業(yè)自動(dòng)化與儀表專業(yè)應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生?；蚓哂性诿簹鈨艋b置或類似復(fù)雜裝置現(xiàn)場(chǎng)操作人員崗位上連續(xù)工作滿一年左右經(jīng)歷的在職人員。
