要求:擁有調(diào)度和煤氣化工作經(jīng)驗,接受倒班 職責(zé):1. Guide shift teams following Air Products EHS and related procedures and regulations implementation on daily operation. Sort out and track the key and high-risk operations of the shift; For high-risk operations that require the cooperation of other departments, contact and make records (such as fire department, security Department). 2. Manage and supervise each facility’s shift work on matters as safety, shift production plan, trouble shooting, internal and external facilities’ communication and so on. 3. Be responsible to guide each shift teams on following AP safe operation procedures and compliance of operation discipline. Report to relevant leaders/managers timely when in need. 4. Interface with customer counterpart to collaborate and manage daily shift operation activities, to ensure operation activities implemented in AP shift teams in real time as appropriate. 5. Operations and planning to lead internal upstream and downstream production target plan set-up and coordination, being supervision role on operation status monitoring and real time engagement in case of issues happen and fixing. 6. Responsible for AP facilities overall material balance such as coal, HP steam, cooling water, get know real time critical feedstock and utility consumption status and reporting when in need. Statistical summary of measurements required for contracts 7. Responsible for interface communication with customer on wastes discharging related matter, for streams including wastewater, sour gas, rainwater, flare vents and so on. 8. Responsible for overall site shift decision making for in case of incident happen, organize, track, and report the site treatment management in proper way. Work closely with each facility shift leader to minimize impact to normal operation. He’ll also attend the RCA meeting. 9. Responsible for shift arrangement and related operation mode adjustment in the case of equipment corrective maintenance happened, communicate and collaborate with customer on the changes of operation adjustment the way as appropriate. 10. Be person of APDB SPOC on operation management interfacing with customer and attend daily planning meeting and communicate to team for AP related operation matters as appropriate. 11. Participate in the plant TAR plan development, work together with TAR plan team for overall plant shutdown and restart planning. Progress tracking communicate and coordinate to solve existing problems. 12. Lead, manage and handle at site level the emergent events together with facilities’ shift leaders and customer and reports timely to his manager. 13. In the case of utilities supply failure, lead shift team on adjusting operation load within the permitted scope, and communicate with the relevant impacted facilities to implement it, report this case to the facility/department managers. 14. Other tasks as assigned.
